Tuto práci lze rozdělit na 3 základní části. První část je teoretická a analyzuje důvody a možnosti vzniku zahraničního zadlužení. Druhá část se zabývá světovou finanční a hospodářskou krizí, především s ohledem na region EU. Třetí část je analytická a zkoumá se v ní konkrétní stav zahraničního zadlužení zemí EU. This work can be divided into 3 main parts. The first part is theoretical one and there are analyzed the reasons and possibilities of the origin of the external debt. The second part concerns with the world financial and economic crisis, first of all with respect to the UE. The third part is analytical one and in this one there is analyzed the concrete situation of the external debt of the states of the UE.
