Hlavním cíle bakalářské práce bylo zhodnotit nemzdový systém odměňování v podniku a na základě zjištěných údajů navrhnout kroky, které by vedly ke zlepšení systému. Pro dosažení cíle byl proveden dotazníkový průzkum ve vybraném podniku. Na základě tohoto průzkumu bylo zjištěno, že většina dotázaných je se systémem zaměstnaneckých výhod spíše spokojena. Nedostatky byly zjištěny v motivovanosti zaměstnanců a poskytovaném systému výhod. Nejlepší motivací pro zaměstnance je podle průzkumu vyšší finanční ohodnocení. Na základě provedeného průzkumu byly doporučeny návrhy na zlepšení. Tyto návrhy se týkají změny systému nemzdového odměňování a druhu zaměstnaneckých výhod. The main aim of bachelor thesis was to assess the non-wage remuneration system in the company and based on the data suggest steps which could lead to the improvement of the system. To achieve the targets was performed questionnaire survey in the selected company. On the basis of this survey, it was found that the majority of respondents are with to employee benefits relatively satisfied. Deficiencies were found in the employee motivation and the provision of benefits. The best motivation for employees, according to a survey are higher financial rewards. Based on the survey were recommended suggestions for improvement. These proposals relate to changes in the system non-wage remuneration and employee benefits.
