[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na ochranu obětí domácího násilí prostřednictvím institutu vykázání. Institut vykázání je oprávnění policisty podle zákona č. 273/2008 Sb., o Policii České republiky. V úvodu bakalářské práce je popsáno její základní rozdělení, vývoj celé problematiky, cíle práce a způsob, jakým bylo těchto cílů dosaženo. Teoretická část uvádí základní charakteristiku institutu vykázání v rámci domácího násilí a vyjmenovává základní a ostatní složky integrovaného záchranného systému, které se mohou zásahu u takové události účastnit. Teoretická část dále popisuje charakteristiku vybrané části území města Plzně, na kterém probíhal výzkum k dosažení cílů bakalářské práce. Podrobně definuje domácí násilí, jaké jsou jeho znaky a formy, jakým způsobem upravuje domácí násilí a institut vykázání český právní řád s uvedením výčtu zákonných norem, které se domácího násilí týkají a charakteristikou obsahu těchto norem k celé problematice. K tomuto byly prostudovány potřebné zákony, normy, literatura a další dostupné informační zdroje. V teoretické části je dále podrobně popsán institut vykázání a možný postup hlídky Policie České republiky na místě u události se znaky domácího násilí v případě užití institutu vykázání. Tato část je rozčleněna na přijetí oznámení a výjezd hlídky Policie České republiky na místo, příjezd hlídky na místo a vstup do obydlí, postup hlídky v obydlí a realizaci samotného vykázání ze strany hlídky, včetně dalších návazných opatření. Rovněž v této části uvádím některé takticko bezpečnostní zásady služebního zákroku, možný postup z psychologického hlediska, z hlediska zákona a v případě nutnosti následnou realizaci vykázání. Tento navržený postup tvoří jakýsi základní možný model zákroku hlídky Policie České republiky na místě. V postupu rovněž zmiňuji oprávnění jiných složek integrovaného záchranného systému nebo institucí, které se mohou takového zásahu zúčastnit.Cílem práce bylo jednak prošetřit dosavadní zkušenosti policistů, kteří na vybrané části území Statutárního města Plzně v rámci výkonu služby řešili oznámení mající znaky domácího násilí se zásahem dalších složek integrovaného záchranného systému v místě události a jednak prošetřit znalosti obyvatel na vybrané části území Statutárního města Plzně, kteří se setkali s domácím násilím. Ve výzkumné části práce se zabývám hypotézami a metodikou práce. Ke splnění cílů práce a ověření hypotéz byl použit strukturovaný dotazník pro cílový soubor respondentů - policisty a obyvatele na vybrané části území Statutárního města Plzně. Otázky pro policisty byly zaměřeny na domácí násilí obecně, užití institutu vykázání v případě u události se znaky domácího násilí při zásahu dalších složek integrovaného záchranného systému, druh těchto zasahujících složek, důvod jejich zásahu a znalosti osob týkající se domácího násilí a institutu vykázání přítomných na místě události se znaky domácího násilí. Otázky pro obyvatele byly zaměřeny na jejich znalosti o domácím násilí, institutu vykázání a vlastní zkušenosti z problematiky. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření a následná diskuze k hypotézám práce ukázaly, že v případě zásahu dalších složek integrovaného záchranného systému v místě domácího násilí většinou nedochází k užití institutu vykázání. Z dalších složek integrovaného záchranného systému, kromě Policie České republiky, se zásahů účastní zejména výjezdová skupina zdravotnické záchranné služby z důvodu poskytování zdravotnické pomoci při ohrožení života a zdraví osob nacházejících se na místě události. Z jiných složek integrovaného záchranného systému byl také uveden Hasičský záchranný sbor České republiky, jehož účast u zásahu spočívala v záchraně osob a městská policie, jejíž činnost spočívala v zajištění zasahujících policistů z takticko - bezpečnostního hlediska. Vyhodnocením dotazníků obyvatel bylo také prokázáno, že nadpoloviční většina dotazovaných má znalosti o domácím násilí a institutu vykázání.The bachelor thesis is focused on protection of domestic violence victims through the institute reporting. The Institute is reporting police officer's authorization pursuant to Act No. 273/2008 Coll., about the Police of the Czech Republic. In the introduction of this thesis there is described the basic division, development of the whole problem, aims of work and the way to achieve these objectives. Theoretical part presents basic characteristics of the Institute's recognition as a part of domestic violence, lists and other basic components of integrated rescue system that interventions can participate in such events. Furthermore, theoretical part describes characteristic of a selected part of the city of Pilsen, where the research was conducted to achieve the objectives of this thesis. It is defined in details what exactly the home violence is, what are its characteristics and forms, which regulate violence at home and institute reporting Czech legal order stating the list of legal standards that relate to home violence and the characteristics of the content of these standards to the whole issue. There has been studied necessary laws, standards, literature and other information sources. In this theoretical part there is described in details ordering violent out as possible and institute reporting procedure Patrol Police of the Czech Republic on site at the event with signs of home violence in case of the use of the Institute's recognition. This section is divided into the notification and exit Patrol Police of the Czech Republic in place, place guards on arrival and entry into the dwelling procedure patrols in the dwelling itself and the implementation of recognition by the patrols, including other related measures. Also in this section, some tactical and security policies of the police action, a possible approach from a psychological point of view, in terms of the Act and, if necessary, subsequent implementation reporting. This proposed procedure creates a kind of basic possible model patrol of Police of the Czech Republic on the site. The proposed procedure also mentions the legitimate other components of the integrated rescue system, or institutions that may participate in such an intervention.The aim of the study was to investigate the experience of police officers, who on the selected part within the city of Pilsen in the performance of services solved notice signs of domestic violence triggered by other components of integrated rescue system in place to investigate events and knowledge to selected part of the population within the city of Pilsen, who met with domestic violence. The research part of the thesis deals with hypotheses and methodology of work. To meet objectives of work and test hypotheses structured questionnaire was used for the target group of respondents - police and residents on the selected area within the city of Pilsen. Questions for police officers were focused on domestic violence in general, use of the Institute's recognition in case of intervention in the event the signs of home violence in the intervention of the other components of the integrated rescue system, the nature of intervening units, the reason for their intervention and the knowledge of persons related to domestic violence and institute reporting on the present location of the event with signs of domestic violence. Questions for residents were focused on their knowledge about domestic violence, institute reporting and personal experience of the issue. The results of the survey and subsequent discussion of the hypotheses of this study showed that in the case of intervention of the other components of the integrated rescue system in place home violence usually does not use the Institute's recognition. The other components of the Integrated Rescue System, except the Police of the Czech Republic, is participating in interventions in particular, this group of emergency medical services because of the provision.......
