[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce Animace jako metoda práce s ohroženou mládeží se zaměřuje na výzkum uplatnění metody animace při práci s ohroženou mládeží. Cílovou skupinou výzkumu se stala vybraná skupina mládeže, trávící svůj volný čas v ulicích sídliště Vltava v Českých Budějovicích. Cílem práce bylo zjistit možnosti terénní práce a pedagogického provázení zaměřeného na potřeby ohrožené mládeže. Teoretická část práce obsahuje souhrn poznatků o řešené problematice, který je čerpán z odborné literatury. První kapitola se věnuje metodě animace, konkrétně jejímu vývoji v historickém kontextu, formám animace se zaměřením na animaci výchovnou a v neposlední řadě roli animátora při práci se skupinou. Následující kapitola shrnuje poznatky o období dospívání o somatickém, psychickém a sociálním vývoji adolescenta a vývoji jeho identity. Věnuje se také rizikovým faktorům, které mohou působit na jedince v tomto životním období a problematice tzv. ohrožené mládeže. V závěru představuje streetwork jako rozšířenou metodu práce s ohroženou mládeží. Třetí kapitola se věnuje potřebám ve vztahu k cílové populaci definování pojmu potřeba, členění potřeb a představení pěti základních vývojových potřeb. Praktická část práce prezentuje průběh a výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu, při kterém bylo hlavní metodou sběru dat zúčastněné pozorování zaměřené na dlouhodobý průběh práce se skupinou formou animace. Záznamy z jednotlivých kontaktů byly kódovány s ohledem na jejich obsah významové jednotky a analyzovány vzhledem k vývoji práce se skupinou i k vývoji sdílených témat a úrovně kontaktu s jednotlivými účastníky. Prezentace výsledků je rozdělena na dvě části. První část se věnuje aplikaci principů animace v práci se skupinou vedení rozhovorů a jejich témat, navázání kontaktu s členy cílové skupiny výzkumu a realizace projektu Život ulice, coby dovršení sledované fáze práce. Druhou část představuje reflexe trojice vybraných typických individuálních případů, zaměřená na vliv práce metodou animace na jednotlivce. V celé části jsou popisovány zjištěné potřeby a vliv animace na jejich naplnění. Prezentaci výsledků doplňuje dále reflexe vlastního působení v roli animátora. Závěrečná diskuze shrnuje hlavní výzkumná zjištění, zaměřuje se na jejich uvedení do kontextu teoretických poznatků a zevrubněji zvažuje otázky vývoje kontaktu pracovníka se skupinou, užitečnosti konceptu základních vývojových potřeb a srovnává principy animace a práce formou streetwork. The thesis called Animation like a method of the work with youth at risk is focused on research of using the animation method in the work with youth at the risk. The target group of the research was selected group of youth which spend their leisure time in the streets of housing estate Vltava in Czech Budweis. The aim of the thesis was finding out the options of field work and pedagogical guidance focused on needs of youth at the risk. The theoretical part contains the summary of knowledge about solved issue which is taken from professional literature. The first chapter pursues to the method of animation, specifically to the development of animation in historical context, to forms of animation and educational animation in detail and to the role of animator in the work with the group. The next chapter summarizes knowledge about period of puberty about somatic, mental and social development of adolescent and development of his identity. This part contains also risk factors which can influence an individual in this period and it contains issue of youth at risk. At the end, the thesis introduces streetwork like extended method of work with youth at risk. The third chapter contains the needs connected to the target group the definition of a need, dividing of the needs and introducing of five basic developmental needs. The practical part presents the process and results of the qualitative research. The main method of data collection was a participant observation focused on the long-term process in the work with group by the method of animation. The notes from the contacts with the participants were coded because of its content and analyzed in the development of the work with the group, in the development of shared topics and level of contacts with the participants. The presentation of results is divided into the two parts. The first part is contained to application of the principles of animation in the work with the group leading of discussion and the topics, getting into the contact with the members of target group and the realisation of the project The street life this project was the top of tracking phase of the thesis. The second part makes the reflection of three selected individual cases. This part is focused on the influence of the method of animation to the individuals. In this part I describe identified needs and influence of animation to these needs. The presentation of results is completed by the reflection of my action in the role of the animator. The discussion summarizes the main detections, it gives them into the context of theoretical knowledge and considers about the development of contacts between the worker and the group, about usefulness of the concept of basic developmental needs and compare principals of animation and principals of streetwork method.
