[cze][eng] Abstrakt Fenomén stáří je v posledních desetiletích velmi diskutovaným společenským tématem. Je to dáno především vzrůstajícím počtem seniorů v naší společnosti. Postupně se prodlužuje délka života oproti předchozím generacím. Dalším významným faktorem v populačním chování v naší společnosti je pokles porodnosti. Dochází k snižování zastoupení mladší generace a k převaze podílu starší generace. Tento jev nazýváme demografické stárnutí. Vznikající nerovnováha výrazně ovlivní pracovní trh. Vzniknou větší nároky na sociálně zdravotní péči, systémy sociálního pojištění. Je všeobecně známé, že bude muset dojít k reformám stávajícího systému a nutnosti přizpůsobit ho současnému společenskému vývoji. Není jisté, zda stát v budoucnu bude schopen zabezpečit podporu péče o stárnoucí seniory jako dnes. Proto je důležité určit, zda část této péče převezmou rodinní pečovatelé. Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jaká je praxe rodinné péče o stárnoucí rodiče. Zajímalo mne, jestli existují rozdíly v tom, jak k péči o stárnoucí rodiče přistupují ženy a jak muži. Pro svůj výzkum jsem si zvolila kvalitativní metodologii. Pro techniku sběru dat jsem použila polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Výzkumný soubor byl tvořen osmi dotazovanými - třemi muži a pěti ženami. Pro výběr výzkumného souboru byla použita metoda prostého záměrného výběru. Do výzkumného souboru byly zařazeny dospělé děti pečující o své rodiče, kteří potřebují celodenní péči. Tyto rozhovory jsem si nahrála. Po té jsem je přepsala a provedla jejich analýzu. Z výsledků analýzy výzkumu bylo možno porozumět základní problematice rodinné péče zaměřené na zkušenosti dospělých dětí pečujících o své stárnoucí rodiče. Zjišťovala jsem, jaké motivy vedly děti k péči, jak tuto péči vnímají a jak se s ní vypořádávají. První okruh tvořily prvotní faktory umožňující péči. Druhý okruh byl zaměřen na vztahové faktory a mezigenerační solidaritu. Třetí okruh byl tvořen faktory spojenými s výchovou v původní rodině. Čtvrtý okruh tvořily vnější podmínky ovlivňující péči. Posledním, pátým okruhem byly faktory spojené se zátěží při péči. Z mého výzkumu vyplynulo, že péče není pouze záležitostí žen. Od žen se sice péče očekává, ale do péče se zapojují i muži. Při rozhodování o péči nebyla nejdůležitější příslušnost k určitému pohlaví, ale především konkrétní podmínky jednotlivých pečujících. Prostřednictvím své práce jsem chtěla rozšířit povědomí o problematice rodinné péče o seniory a upozornit na nutnost výraznější podpory rodinných pečovatelů. Abstract The age phenomenon has been a much discussed social topic over recent decades. This is caused by increasing number of elderly people in our society. In comparison with previous generations the average life expectancy increased. Drop in birth rate is another important factor in population behaviour in our country. The share of younger generation decreases which leads to the prevalence of older generation. This phenomenon is called demographic ageing. This imbalance it will influence the labour market very much. It will increase demand on social healthcare and social insurance systems. It is universally known the current system will have to be reformed and adapted in accordance with latest social developments. It is not certain whether the state will be able to support the care for elderly people like today. It is necessary to determine whether any part of this care can be performed by family care persons. The goal of my bachelor's thesis is to find out what the family care for ageing parents looks like in practise. I wanted to find out whether there are differences in caring for elderly parents between men and women. For my research I chose qualitative methodology. For data collection I used semi-structured interview. The research group consisted of eight interviewed people, three men and five women. When choosing the research group I used the simple purposive sampling method. In the research group there were adult children providing care for their parents requiring all-day assistance. These interviews were recorded. Afterwards I rewrote the interviews and analysed them. By analysing results of the research I could understand basic problems of adult children providing care for their elderly parents. I surveyed the motives of children deciding to care for their parents and I wanted to know what they think about it and how they deal with it. In the first part I found out the factors enabling the care. In the second part I surveyed the relationship factors and intergenerational solidarity. The third part is aimed at factors related to the parenting in the original family. The fourth part was aimed at external factors influencing the care. The fifth and the last part describes factors related to the burdens of care. My research provides evidence that providing care is not women thing only. The care is expected from women but even men take part in it. When deciding whether to accept the care commitment the current life conditions of family care providers were more important than gender. I wanted to increase the awareness of problems of family care for elderly parents and draw attention to the need to support the family care providers.
