Tato bakalářská práce na téma Prosociální rysy u dobrovolníků nejdříve shrnuje poznatky o dobrovolnictví, které jsou čerpány z dostupné literatury. Druhou část teoretické práce tvoří charakteristika prosociálních rysů a srovnání s podobnými pojmy, mezi které může spadat například altruismus nebo empatie. Cílem práce je identifikovat hladinu prosociálních rysů u dobrovolníků na rozdíl od nedobrovolníků. Za nedobrovolníka je v této práci považována osoba, která nikdy jako dobrovolník nepracovala v žádném sociálním zařízení. Ke zjištění potřebných dat je využita kvantitativní metoda. Technika je standardizovaný dotazník o jednadvaceti otázkách. Teoretická práce je rozdělena na tři dílčí kapitoly. V první kapitole se věnuji historii dobrovolnictví, v druhé kapitole teoretické práce je popisována charakteristika dobrovolnictví, třetí část je věnována prosociálním rysům osobnosti. Výsledky mého výzkumu mohou být využity ke zvýšení povědomí o dobrovolnictví, odborné i laické veřejnosti. The thesis describes the prosocial characteristics of the volunteers. Everyone who works in the social sphere should acquire the prosocial characteristics, as they form an integral part when working with people. The theoretical part of the thesis is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter is about the history of volunteerism. Characteristics of volunteering are described in the second chapter of the theoretical work. Prosocial behaviour, personality traits, altruism and empathy are described in the third chapter. The aim of this thesis was determine how different was the level of prosocial traits in terms of volunteers and people without any volunteer experience. Quantitative method was used to determine the necessary data. The technique of standardized questionnaire of twenty-one questions was used. The results of the research can be used to raise awareness about volunteering for both public and the professionals.
