Bakalářská práce se zabývá životním stylem studentů denního i kombinovaného studia PF JU, zaměřuje se na budoucí učitele v mateřských školách. Vychází z předpokladu, že životní styl je ta oblast života člověka, kterou lze ovlivňovat a měnit a že osvojením zdravého způsobu života ovlivňuje člověk nejen sebe, ale i osoby, na které působí. A zejména u učitelů, zvlášť potom v mateřské škole by se nemělo na tento fakt zapomínat. Teoretická část se zabývá vybranými složkami zdravého životního stylu. Popisuje, jak životní styl ovlivňuje tělesné zdraví člověka a jak souvisí s jeho psychikou. Věnuje se vlivu učitele a jeho životního stylu na děti v mateřské škole. Nakonec charakterizuje vývojové období, ve kterém se nachází studenti denního a kombinovaného studia a popisuje specifika terciárního vzdělávání. V praktické části jsou pomocí grafů znázorněny výsledky dotazníků na aktuální životní styl studentů PF JU oboru učitelství pro mateřské školy denního i kombinovaného studia. This bachelor´s work adresses lifestyle of students of attendance and combined study on PF JU and it focuses on future kindergarden teachers. It is based on supposition, that lifestyle is an aspect of person´s life which can be influenced a changed and that by embracing healthy lifestyle, one affects not just oneself but also others. Particulary in case of kindergarden teachers this fact should not be forgotten. The theoretical part deals with selected components of healthy lifestyle. It describes how lifestyle influences one´s physical health and how it is related to psyche. It points out the significance of teacher´s influence on children in kindergarden. In the end it characterizes the developmental period of life, the students of attendance and combined study find themselves in, and describes specifics of third educational facilities. In practical part there are results of questionnaires by graphs. These results represent facts about actual lifestyle of students from PF JU of attendance and combined study of kindergarden teaching.
