Cílem práce je poukázat na možnosti mateřské školy při formování prosociálních postojů a chování u dětí předškolního věku a pokusit se ověřit účinnost jiné časové formy působení na děti než denní. Teoretická část se zabývá socializací dítěte v prostředí mateřské školy s akcentem na sociální učení a vztahy mezi vrstevníky a upozorňuje na význam empatie pro budování sociálních vztahů ve třídě MŠ. V praktické části je realizován dlouhodobý projekt na půl roku, ve kterém byly jedenkrát týdně děti vyučovány prosociálnímu chování pomocí dramatických her a prací s příběhy. V závěru je vyhodnocena účinnost projektu. The target of this essay is to highlight the possibilities for kindergarten in the forming of social postures in children of preschool age and to understand whether the frequency (daily) of exposure has an effect on the child´s social development. The theoretical part concerns the socialisation of the child within the kindergarten environment with emphasis on social learning and the forming of relationships with children in the same age group and pointing out the importance of empathy for building of these relationships within the classroom. The practical part is a long term project which is implemented for 6 months. Once a week the children are taught social behaviours using dramatic games and work with stories. The effectiveness is evaluated at the end of project.
