Tato bakalářská práce se zaobírá tématikou etiky v práci manažera a poradce ve finanční a inzertní sféře. Cílem práce je pohled současné společnosti na práci finančních a inzertních poradců se zaměřením na etickou stránku jejich práce. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, jako jsou etika a etický kodex, dále se zabývám osobností a rolí manažera v naší společnosti, jejich vlastnostmi a kompetencemi, obecnými principy a styly jejich práce. V praktické části byl proveden výzkum formou dotazníku, který byl zaměřen na etickou složku této profese. This bachelor thesis deals with the code of ethics in work of manager and advisor in the financial and advertising field. The aim of this thesis is to show the perspective of current society on the work of financial and advertising advisors with focus on ethical aspect. Basic terms like ethics, ethical codex are explained in theoretical part. Further I explain the role of manager in our society, their characteristics and competences, general principles and styles of their work. A research in the form of questionnaire was conducted in the practical part of the thesis. The questionnaire was focused on ethical aspect of this profession.
