Bakalářská práce Úroveň znalostí z problematiky výživy žáků 2. stupně ZŠ ve vztahu k jejich každodenní výživě se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část je zaměřena na informace o výživě, především výživě dětí ve školním věku, výživových doporučení, výživových zvyklostí žáků. Dále je v teoretické části zahrnuta problematika rámcově vzdělávacích programů z hlediska výchovy ke zdraví. Praktická část je zaměřena na výsledky z výzkumu, který probíhal na pěti základních školách v okrese Havlíčkův Brod, výzkum byl kvantitativní a sběr dat probíhal pomocí dotazníku s kvízem. Dotazník byl sestaven z otázek na výživové zvyklosti žáků, otázky byli otevřené i uzavřené a kvíz posloužil k zjištění znalostí žáků z oblasti výživy, obsahoval 30 otázek a vždy byla pouze jedna odpověď správná, otázky byli uzavřené. Rozdáno bylo celkem 180 dotazníků, z toho se vrátilo 170 použitelných k realizaci bakalářské práce. Úspěšnost tedy byla 94, 4 %. Bakalářská práce může posloužit jako zdroj k informacím o správné výživě a dále může upozornit učitele či rodiče o nedostatcích znalostí z oblasti výživy jejich žáků či dětí. The bachelor's thesis "Secondary School Pupils' Knowledge Level of Nutrition in Relation to Their Everyday Diet" consists of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on information on nutrition, above all nutrition of school-age children, nutrition experts' advice and diet habits of pupils. The theoretical part also touches upon the issues of framework educational programme from the point of view of education to health. The practical part focuses on the results of research that was carried out at five primary schools in the district of Havlíčkův Brod. The research was quantitative and the data were collected by a questionnaire and a quiz. The questionnaire consisted of questions on pupils' nutrition knowledge; there were both open-ended and close-ended questions. The quiz served to determine the pupils' knowledge of nutrition; it included 30 questions with only one correct answer, the questions were close-ended. There were distributed 180 questionnaires and 170 were handed in correctly filled in and were used for the purpose of the thesis. Thus the success rate was 94.4 %. The bachelor's thesis can be used as a source of information on healthy diet and can make the teachers and parents aware of their pupils' or children's lack of knowledge about nutrition.
