Pohanka tatarská Fagopyrum tataricum (L.) Gaertn. je druhým nejčastěji pěstovaným druhem pohanky. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem ovlivňovaly produkci pohanky podmínky stanoviště a popsat vztahy mezi jednotlivými částmi rostliny pohanky tatarské. V práci byla vyhodnocena hmotnost tisíce nažek pohanky tatarské, jejich počet všech nažek na rostlině (z toho počet zralých, nezralých, plně vyvinutých a prázdných nažek), jejich celková produkce, počet rostlin na ploše, výška rostlin, počet větví, květenství a listů na rostlině na stanovištích v hnojené, okopávané a kontrolované variantě. Také byla určena průměrná hmotnost kořenů, květenství, celé rostliny a zralých nažek za jednotlivé varianty pěstování pohanky tatarské. Dále byla statisticky vyhodnocena korelace mezi jednotlivými parametry pohanky tatarské. Biologický výnos dosáhl 16 t/ha a skutečný výnos nažek 2,9 t/ha. Přes statisticky neprůkazný vliv aplikace 50 t/ha N lze pro pohanku tatarskou doporučit aplikaci této dávky pro zvýšení biologického i hospodářského výnosu. Tartary buckwheat Fagopyrum tataricum (L.) Gaertn. is second cultivated species from genus buckwheat. The aim of this work was to evaluate the influence of place of growing on buckwheat production and to describe relationships among individual plant parts of tartary buckwheat. In this work weight of thousand of tartary buckwheat achenes, their total production per a plant and per area, plant number per area, plant high, number of branches, inflorescences and leaves per a plant in the fertilized, hoed and control variant was evaluated. Mean weight of roots, inflorescences, achenes, whole plant were also determined. Correlations were statistically evaluated between selected parameters. The biological yield of tartary buckwheat reached 16 t/ha dry matter and the real yield of achenes 2,9 t/ha. We can recommend application nitrogen fertilization (50 t/ha) despite statistically non significant influence of this factor.
