Entomopatogenní houba Isaria fumosorosea patří mezi druhy entomopatogenních hub, které jsou využívané v biologické ochraně rostlin. Druh I. fumosorosea má široký hostitelský okruh hmyzu, u kterého je schopna vyvolat onemocnění. Nejčastěji infikuje skleníkové škůdce, zejména mšice, třásněnky a červce. I. fumosorosea je patogenem, který se zejména přirozeně vyskytuje v populacích molic, zejména molice skleníkové T. vaporariorum a molice bavlníkové B. tabaci. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na podrobný popis houby I. fumosorosea a také charakteristiku dalších významných rodů entomopatogenních hub (Beauveria, Hirsutella, Metarhizium, Nomuraea, Paecilomyces, Lecanicillium) včetně detailního popisu vývojového cyklu entomopatogenních hub. V práci jsou podrobně popsány komerčně dostupné biopreparáty (PFR-97, PreFeRal? a PreFeRal, NoFly) koncipované na bázi této entomopatogenní houby, jejich výhody či nevýhody, účinnost a všeobecné uplatnění biopreparátů na evropském trhu. Entomopathogenic fungus Isaria fumosorosea is among the species of entomopathogenic fungi used in biological control. Species I. fumosorosea has wide host range of insects in which is able to cause the primary diseases. Fungus I. fumosorosea most often infects greenhouse pests, such as aphids, thrips and mealybugs. I. fumosorosea is a pathogen, which naturally occurs in whiteflies populations, especially greenhouse whitefly T. vaporariorum and cotton whitefly B. tabaci. The Bachelor´s thesis is focused on a detailed description of the fungus I. fumosorosea and also characteristics of the other major genera of fungi (Beauveria, Hirsutella, Metarhizium, Nomuraea, Paecilomyces, Lecanicillium) including description of development cycle of entomopathogenic fungi. The thesis also contains a detailed description of the commercially available biological products based on I. fumosorosea (PFR-97, PreFeRal? a PreFeRal, NoFly) and their advantages and disadvantages, efficacy and general application of biological products on European market.
