Bakalářská práce zhodnocuje hospodaření obce Albrechtice nad Vltavou za období 2008 - 2013. Z vyhodnocených ukazatelů jsou sestaveny možné scénáře, jak by se mohly vyvíjet obecní příjmy a výdaje. Práce je rozděleně na dvě části. První část se zabývá teoretickou rovinou dané problematiky. Uvedené informace byly čerpány z odborné literatury či článků a sloužily pak k vypracování samotné analýzy a výhledu hospodaření obce. Jsou zde tedy řešeny problémy týkající se obce a její působnosti. V bakalářské práci je rovněž popsán obecní rozpočet, jeho charakteristika a skladba. Detailněji jsou uvedeny charakteristiky příjmů a výdajů obce a finanční analýzy. V druhé, praktické části jsou již zpracována konkrétní čísla, vycházející z výkazů obce Albrechtice nad Vltavou. Z vykázaných hodnot je sestavena finanční analýza, která charakterizuje současný stav obce. Následně jsou vytvořeny tři možné scénáře budoucího vývoje provozního salda obce. Tyto scénáře by měly posloužit jako podklad pro budoucí rozhodnutí o přijetí kapitálové investice. The bachelor´s work evaluates the management of the community called Albrechtice nad Vltavou in the years 2008 - 2013. From evaluated indicators there are set possible scenarios how the incomes and expenses of the community could progress. The work is divided into two parts. The first part is concentrated on the theoretical point of view of the issue. The outlined information was taken from specialized literature or articles and served to the preparation of the analysis and the prospect of the community management. So there are solved the problems concerning the community and its operation. There is also described the community budget in the bachelor´s work, its characteristics and structure. In details there are mentioned the characteristics of the community incomes and expenses and financial analyses. In the second, practical part there are worked out the real numbers taken from reports of the community Albrechtice nad Vltavou. There is drawn up the financial analysis from the given figures, which characterizes the actual state of the community. Then there are created three possible scenarios of the future development of the community operational balance. These scenarios should serve as the base for the future decision about the acceptance of the capital investment.
