Cílem bakalářské práce je zdokumentování dynamiky produkce tržních ryb v České republice v období od roku 2001 do roku 2010. V teoretické části jsou popsány historické kořeny produkčního rybářství, způsoby produkce tržních ryb, jejich druhové složení, složení rybího masa a spotřeba ryb. Dále jsou zde rozebrány faktory ovlivňující produkci ryb, zpracování ryb, export a import. Veškerá data byla zpracována do tabulek a grafů. Byly popsány trendy produkce jednotlivých druhů ryb, způsob užití jednotlivých druhů ryb na trhu a byl rozebrán import ryb a rybích výrobků do České republiky The aim of this thesis is to document the dynamics of market fish production in the Czech Republic from 2001 to 2010. The theoretical part deals with the historical roots of commercial fishing, ways of production of market fish, their species composition, the composition of fish meat and fish consumption. There are also analyzed the factors influencing fish production, fish processing, export and import. All data has been compiled in tables and graphs. There have been described production trends of different kinds of fish, the ways of use of the various fish species in the market, and has been analyzed import of fish and fish products to the Czech Republic.
