Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení finanční situace podniku za období 2008 - 2012. Hodnocení podniku je provedeno na základě ukazatelů finanční analýzy. V práci byla popsána teorie, která s finanční analýzou souvisí a byly uvedeny jednotlivé metody finanční analýzy. Za účelem posouzení konkrétní společnosti s ručením omezeným byla sestavena vhodná metodika pro provedení výpočtů. Analýza probíhala ve dvou etapách. V první etapě byly provedeny horizontální a vertikální rozbory. Jejich úkolem bylo dotvořit obrázek o finanční situaci podniku. V druhé etapě byly použity poměrové ukazatele, které byly systematizovány do Du Pont diagramu. V závěru práce byla zhodnocena finanční situace podniku. This Bachelor thesis is focused on assessment of a financial situation of a company in the period between 2008 - 2012. Rating of company is based on indicators of the financial analysis. In the thesis described theory, that relates of the financial analysis and introduced different methods of the financial analysis. Suitable methodology has been prepared to assess specific company for the calculation. The analysis proceeds in two stages. In the first stage analysis were executed horizontal and vertical analysis. These indicators complete an idea of financial situation of company. In second stage have been used indicators, that used in the Du Pont analysis. In the end the thesis has been evaluated financial situation of company.
