Práce hodnotí efektivnost podnikatelské činnosti společnosti OKD, a.s. Je rozdělena na metodickou a aplikační část. V metodické části je přiblížen smysl a zvolené metody výpočtu finančních ukazatelů. V analytické čísti jsou představena konkrétní čísla a grafy a jsou interpretovány výsledky. Důraz je kladen na ukazatele ziskovosti, zadluženosti a ekonomické přidané hodnoty. Dále je práce doplněna o další relevantní modely, které pomohly udělat závěr o efektivnosti podniku. Na závěr je společnost prověřena vybraným bonitním a bankrotním modelem. Výsledky výpočtů jsou porovnávány s odvětvím. This work evaluates effectiveness of entrepreneurial activity of the company OKD, a.s. Work is divided into methodical and application section. Methodical part brings theoretical view on selected indicators. Application part introduces particular numbers and graphs with its interpretation. The most important are indicators of profitability, indebtedness and economical value added. Besides, this work consists of other relevant models which helped us to make correct conclusions. Outcomes are compared to the industry average.
