Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vymezení pojmu zdraví, jeho teorií a definic. Dále se zabývá fyzickým, psychickým, sociálním a duchovním zdravím, jeho determinanty a důležitostí prevence a podpory péče o zdraví. Upozorňuje na negativní vlivy na zdraví a zároveň ukazuje možnosti, jak zlepšit, změnit náš životní styl. Bachelor thesis is focused on the definition of health and his theories. It also deals with physical, mental, social and spiritual health, its determinants, and the importance of prevention and support health care. It points at negative influence on health. It shows ways to improve, change our lifestyle.
