[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních kapitol, jenž první se zaměřuje na masáž a její modifikace, které se využívají v regeneraci. Ze začátku je zaměřena pouze na regeneraci a její význam, po té na různé způsoby masáží, jako je například thajská masáž, medová masáž a jiné. Na konci teoretické části se soustředí na klasickou masáž. Ve druhé části se zaměřuje na výzkumnou část, kde byla úkolem analýza otázek a čtyři dílčí cíle, které jsem si sama stanovila a kterými jsem se snažila zjistit, zda v dnešní době i lidé v mladém věku chodí na masáže, důvod jejich absolvování, nejvyužívanější způsob masáže a část těla, kterou pro masáž oslovení preferují.The thesis bachelor of two main parts, the first which focuses on massage and its modifications, which are used in regeneration. From the beginning, it is only focused on regeneration and its importance for the various methods of massage, such as Thai massage, honey massage, and others. At the end of the theoretical part focuses on classic massage. The second part focuses on the research part where the task analysis questions and four individual targets, that I had set itself and which I have tried to find out if people today even at a young age, get massages, graduating reason, the most widely used method of a body part by massage reaching people prefer.
