Hlavním cílem mé práce bylo zjistit, jaká je motivace a hodnocení pracovníků ve vybrané firmě. V první části práce jsem nejprve nastudovala potřebnou teorii, kterou sem pak aplikovala v praktické části mé práce - analyzovala hodnocení a motivaci vybrané firmy a v závěru navrhla možná zlepšení. The main objective was to ascertain the motivation and evaluation of employees in the selected company. In the first part, I first studied the necessary theory, which I then applied in the practical part of my job - to analyze the evaluation and motivation of the selected company and in the conclusions suggested possible improvements.
