Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza současné situace a postavení vybraného podniku WaWEINZETTL s.r.o. na trhu prostřednictvím analýz vnějšího prostředí. Na základě dosažených výsledků navržení strategie ke zlepšení jeho postavení v odvětví. The objective of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of the current situation and market status of the choosen company WaWEINZETTL Ltd through an analysis of the external environment. On the basis of the achieved results, it will be proposed the strategy of amelioration of status to WaWEINZETTL Ltd in its branch.
