Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zhodnocení řízení vybrané obce a navržení změn, které povedou k jejímu rozvoji. V práci byly provedeny analýzy jako STEP analýza, analýza výsledků v jednotlivých funkčních oblastech, SWOT analýza a dále rozhovor se starostou obce. V kapitole diskuse byly jednotlivé analýzy zhodnoceny a následně bylo upozorněno na nedostatky včetně návrhu na řešení či zlepšení konkrétních situací. The aim of this work was to assess the management of the selected municipality and design a strategy that will lead to further developement. In this thesis were analyzed as the STEP analysis, analysis of each functional area, SWOT and interview with the mayor. In the discussion section after each analysis were evaluated and weaknesses were highlighted, including a proposal to address or innovation particular situations.
