Hlavním cílem této diplomová práce, s názvem "Autorita učitele z pohledu žáků 2. stupně základní školy," je, zjistit názor žáků na autoritu učitele a zmapovat případné rozdíly v odpovědích žáků v závislosti na jejich pohlaví a školní úspěšnosti. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V první části jsou systematicky popsány teoretické poznatky, týkající se autority učitele. Nejprve je definován pojem autorita, jako obecný pojem, dále následuje část, která je zaměřena na autoritu učitele a její krizi, spojení autority s výchovou a kázní během vyučování. Druhá část diplomové práce je zaměřena na empirický výzkum, ve kterém bylo využito metody dotazníku. The main objective of this thesis, entitled "Teacher's Authority from Students' Points of View in Second Stage of Basic Education," is to discover the views of pupils on the teacher's authority and to map potential differences in the answers of students depending on their sexes and school success. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part systematically describes theoretical knowledge related to the teacher's authority. At first it defines the concept of authority as a general term, followed by a section that focuses on the teacher's authority and its crisis and connection between and the upbringing and discipline in the classroom. The second part of the thesis focuses on empirical research, where methods of the questionnaire were used.
