Bakalářská práce pojednává o pojištění záruk. Nejprve obecně popisuje tento produkt a srovnává ho s podobným produktem, s bankovními zárukami. Hlavní náplní práce je pojištění bankovních záruk vystavených v souvislosti se získáním nebo plněním smlouvy o vývozu. Bachelor's Thesis deals with insurance guarantees. First it generally describes this product and compares it with similar product - bank guarantee. Main part is dedicated to insurance of a bank guarantee issued in relation to fulfilment of conditions for winning or performing an export contract.
