Tato práce je o viru Epsteina a Barrové a jeho vztahu k infekcím centrální nervové soustavy. Popisuje patogenezi, klinickou prezentaci, epidemiologii a léčbu neuroinfekcí, které jsou způsobené virem Epsteina a Barrové. Zabývám zde také PCR a jinými detekčními metodami. This thesis is about Epstein-Barr Virus and his correlation with infection of the central nervous system. There is described pathogenesis, clinical presentation, epidemiology and treatment neuroinfections which are caused by Epstein-Barr Virus. I deal with PCR and other methods of detection.
