Tato práce přibližuje aktivní životní styl jako celek. Zjišťuje, co si jednotliví autoři pod pojmem představují a zda vůbec existují ustálená spojení k vysvětlení pojmu aktivní životní styl. Dále se práce zaměřuje na jednotlivé složky aktivního životního stylu, které k němu bezpochyby patří a jak správně s nimi nakládat, aby splňovaly podmínky pro aktivní způsob života. Práce neopomíjí ani současný životní styl populace, na čemž bude zřejmé, proč je důležité žít aktivně. Cílem práce je shrnutí informací o aktivním životním stylu a přiblížení jejich prospěšnosti pro lidský organismus. This work will give us a closer look at active and healthy lifestyle in complex. We will find out what does specific authors imagine under this term and if there even exists definition to explain concept of active lifestyle. Furthermore we will focus on individual components of active lifestyle, including those that are part of it and how to proceed with them to fit conditions of active lifestyle. This work also includes current lifestyle of population showing us why is it so important to live active life. A goal of the bachelor's thesis is to summarize information about active lifestyle and explain its benefits for human organism.
