Bakalářská práce na téma Nordic Walking a jeho vliv na vybrané antropometrické a kondiční parametry u žen od 45 let se zaměřuje na kondiční změny a změny tělesné stavby během dvanáctitýdenního tréninkového cyklu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to teoretickou a výzkumnou. V teoretické části je definována technika chůze Nordic Walking, její výhody a účinky. Dále jsou popsány ukazatelé tělní struktury a vliv pohybové aktivity na organismus. Část výzkumná se zabývá charakteristikou výzkumného souboru, použitými metodami a celkovým zhodnocením výsledků měření. Součástí přílohy je edukační materiál určený probandům výzkumného měření. The bachelor thesis theme "Nordic Walking and its effects on selected anthropometric parameters and fitness for women from the age of 45 " is focused on fitness changes and changes in their body composition during a twelve-week-long training cycle. The work is divided into a theoretical and a research part. The definition of walking technique of Nordic walking, its benefits and its effects, is defined in the theoretical part. There are also described body structure indicators and a physical activity influence on the organism. There is a study sample characteristic, the methods which were used and the overall evaluation of results in the research part. The educational material intended for measured probands is in the appendix.
