Předkládaná práce se zabývá problematikou muzikoterapie. Především se soustředí na relaxační hudbu a její techniky včetně metody pomocí fonoterapie. Teoretická část je zaměřená na obecný popis muzikoterapie, její význam, dělení a historii. Ve druhé kapitole seznamuje s relaxací a různými relaxačními technikami. Ve třetí kapitole s fonoterapií, jejím významem a osobnostmi, kteří se touto problematikou zabývají. V praktické části jsem se věnovala vlastnímu experimentálnímu výzkumu aplikovanému na 60 recipientů rozdělených do tří skupin v závislosti na věkové kategorii. Analyzovala jsem rozdíly účinků výzkumné terapie na recipienty a její průběh. Stanovila jsem celkem dvě hypotézy, které byly na základě zjištěných dat více rozebrány. Po zkušenostech s terapií u jednotlivých klientů jsem sestavila návrh na muziko-fonoterapeutický receptivní program u vybrané věkové kategorie. The paper deals with the issues of music therapy. Most of all i tis focused on relaxation music and its techniques including sonotherapy. The theoretical part is focused on the general description of music therapy, its signifikance, classification and history. In the sekond charter relaxation and various relaxation technigues are presented. The third charter deals with sonotherapy, its signifikance and people who are concerned with this topic. In the practical part I Worked on experimental research applied on 60 people dividend in three groups according to thein age. I analysed differences in the influence of the therapy on these participants and the course of the therapy itself. I defined two theories that were deeply described on the basis of the collected information. Knowing the course of the therapy by every participant I formed a proposal of music-sonotherapy receptive program used by chosen are group.
