Práce se zabývá sociálně charitativní činností v rodném domě Jana Nepomuka Neumanna, mapuje tuto činnost v období od 1686 do 1975. Popisuje sociální a charitativní činnost v tomto domě, kterou vykonávala Kongregace Milosrdných sester sv. Karla Boromejského. Popisuje život a sociální činnost Jana Nepomuka Neumanna zejména v Americe. Tato práce také přibližuje vzhled města Prachatice v požadovaném období a přibližuje samotnou Kongregaci Milosrdných sester sv. Karla Boromejského, společně Vojtěchou Hasmandovou, nejvýznamnější řeholnicí této Kongregace v Prachaticích. Dále popisuje sociální činnost od roku 1975 do současnosti, kdy byl v rodném domě domov důchodců a po roce 2005 hospic. This work deals with social - charity activities in the birthplace of Johann Nepomuk Neumann maps this activity in the period from 1686 to 1975. Describes the social and charitable activities in this house, which performed the Congregation of the Sisters of Charity of St.. Charles Borromeo. Describes the life and social activities of Jan Nepomuk Neumann, especially in America. This work also deals with the appearance of the city Prachatice requested period and brings itself to the Congregation of Sisters of Mercy of St.. Charles Borromeo, along with Vojtěcha Hasmandová, the most significant nun of the Congregation in Prachatice. It also describes social activity from 1975 to the present, when he was in their house for a retirement home and the hospice in 2005.
