V této práci byly testovány 4 molekulární markery (mitochondriální ND2, ND4, CytB a jaderný ITS) pro druhovou identifikaci entomopatogenních hlístic. Markery ND2 a ITS byly úspěšně amplifikovány a sekvenovány. Tyto upravené sekvence byly dále využity pro vytvoření dendrogramů. Jejich schopnost rozlišovat jednotlivé druhy hlístic byla testována pomocí statistických metod. For molecular markers (mitochondrial ND2, ND4, CytB and nuclear ITS) were tested for use in species identification of entomopathogenic nematodes. Markers ND2 and ITS were succesfully amplified and sequenced. These aligned sequences were used for reconstruction of dendrogram and their ability to distinguish species of nematodes was tested by statistical methods.
