Bakalářská práce "Profesionlizace nezávislých souborů" se zabývá procesem profesionalizace, který nevyhnutelně provází všechny kulturní organizace, jež se snaží vybudovat si stabilní pozici na kulturním "trhu". Práce je rozdělena na tři části. V první jsou uvedeny obecné teorie kulturního managentu vzahující se k problematice profesionalizace. Druhá část práce se zabývá budováním švédského novocirkusového souboru Cirkusu Cirkör, který je v současné době největším a podnikatelsky nejúspěšnějším novocirkusovým souborem v Evropě. Třetí část práce je věnována Cirku La Putyce a jeho problémům s růstem a proesionalizací. Práce je ukončena praktickými výstupy užitými na příkladu Cirku La Putyka a využívajícími vědomostí a poznatků z předchozích kapitol. This bachelor?s thesis, entitled "Professionalising Independent Ensembles", focuses on the process of professionalization which inevitably accompanies all cultural organizations that seek to build a stable position in the cultural "marketplace". The thesis is divided into three sections. The first consists of general theories of cultural management related to the issue of professionalization. The second deals with building Cirkus Cirkör, a Swedish neocircus ensemble, currently the largest and in business terms most successful in Europe. The third section of the paper discusses the La Putyka circus and issues related to its growth and professionalization. The thesis concludes with practical outputs applied to the case of Cirk La Putyka, making use of the knowledge and insights gained in prior sections.
