[cze][eng] Cílem práce bylo poukázat na možné reakce na stres, dopady a v neposlední řadě rady, jakým způsobem se s tímto faktem vyrovnat. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou základních částí. První část se zabývá vymezením základních pojmů paliativní péče, smrt, umírání, doprovázení umírajících pacientů a psychické zátěže rodiny umírajícího. Dále popisuje psychologii této specifické situace a ostatní okolnosti, týkající se smrti, umírání, zármutku, truchlení a determinanty stádii truchlení. Pro dosažení stanoveného cíle bakalářské práce byla použita metoda kvalitativního výzkumu s technikou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Respondenty byli členové jedné rodiny, manželka, otec, bratr, a děti zesnulého. Délka od neanticipované smrti blízkého člověka je šest let. Respondenti byli vybráni záměrným výběrem. Na základě výsledků šetření bylo popsáno sociální fungování rodiny a dopady smrti blízké osoby na rodinu. Z výzkumu lze konstatovat, že zármutek po smrti blízké osoby je pro pozůstalé členy rodiny celoživotní. Smrt otce vyvolala změny v sociálním fungování rodiny, ve vztazích mezi jejími členy a také změnila životní postoj jednotlivých pozůstalých členů rodiny. Z výzkumu vyplývá, že pozůstalí členové rodiny měli k sobě velmi dobrý vztah, který se ještě více upevnil po prožité nečekané ztrátě otce. Také se ukázalo, že každý člen rodiny se vyrovnával se ztrátou jiným způsobem a pro každého měla jiný dopad. V závěru práce je provedeno shrnutí výsledků rozhovorů. Výzkum ukázal, že žádnému členu rodiny nebyla nabídnuta odborná ani laická podpora, kterou by uvítali, jak zpětně hodnotí. Podpora nejen v akutním zármutku je pro pozůstalé velmi důležitá, protože má dopad na celkový průběh procesu truchlení.The aim of this thesis was to refer to possible reactions to stress, impacts and, finally, advice on how to cope with this factor. This bachelor thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part deals with the definition of basic terms such as palliative care, death, dying, accompanying the dying and psychological burden for families of the dying. Besides, it describes psychology of this specific situation and other circumstances concerning death, dying, grief, mourning, and mourning determinants stages. To achieve the objective of this bachelor thesis, the qualitative research method with semi-structured interview technique was used. The respondents were members of one family wife, father, brother and children of the deceased. It has been six years since the unanticipated death of the loved one. The respondents were selected on purpose. Based on the investigation results, social family functioning and impact of the death of a loved one to the family were described. In accordance with the research, it can be claimed that the grief after the death of a loved one is for the bereaved family members lifelong. The death of the father caused changes in the social functioning of the family, in the relations among the family members and also changed the attitude to life of the bereaved family members. The research shows that the bereaved family members had very good relationship, which even consolidated after the experience of unexpected loss of the father. It was also discovered that each family member coped with the bereavement in their own way and that it had a different impact on each of them. In the conclusion of the thesis, there is a summary of interview results. The research shows that none of the family members were offered neither professional nor lay support, which would be appreciated, as they now re-evaluate. Support not only in the acute grief is very important for the bereaved as it has an impact on the whole process of mourning.
