V teoretické části práce se budu věnovat vysvětlení základních pojmů - role ženy a muže v rodině, jejich funkcím při utváření genderové identity dětí, důsledkům rozvodových sporů po stránce ekonomické, společenské i psychické, vlivu genderu na svěření dětí do porozvodové péče. V empirické části budu provádět průzkum pomocí kvalitativní metodologie. Pro sběr dat použiji polostandarizovaný rozhovor. Jako další zdroj informací použiji metodu sekundární analýzu dat, budu čerpat z odborné literatury, platných zákonů, internetových portálů sdružení zabývající se rozvodovou problematikou, porozvodovou péčí o děti a problematikou gender. Budu pracovat s cílovou skupinou rozvedených rodičů, kteří v průběhu rozvodu procházeli spory o svěření dětí do péče jednoho z nich. Rozhovory budu provádět s respondenty, kteří žijí v menším městě o velikosti do 50 tisíc obyvatel. S přihlédnutím k tomu, že pokládané otázky budou osobního, citlivého charakteru, budu dotazované rodiče vybírat s ohledem na tyto skutečnosti. Výběr prvních respondentů bude záměrný, dále budu postupovat technikou "sněhové koule", v přirozeném prostředí respondentů, vše se zřetelem na zachování důvěrnosti. Výsledkem práce v rámci kvalitativního šetření je hloubkový popis zkoumaného tématu "Důsledky rozvodových sporů pro děti v kontextu genderového uspořádání v rodinách", případně stanovení hypotézy. Dílčím cílem bude zjistit, komu jsou častěji svěřovány děti do péče po rozvodu. In the theoretical part of this work I will explain the basic concepts: the role of women and men in the family, their functions in the formation of gender identity of the children, the effects of divorce disputes in terms of economic, social and mental impact of gender on the children in post-divorce custody. In the empirical part of work I will do research using qualitative methodology. I will also use a semi-standardized interview for data collection and observation as an additional method. I will work with a target group of divorced parents who experienced disputes where the custody of the child was awarded to one of the parents. I will conduct interviews with respondents who live in a small town of up to 50,000 inhabitants. I will be choosing interviewees bearing in mind that the questions will be of a personal and sensitive nature. The first respondents will be selected with and an aim in mind. Then I will proceed using a "snowball technique" in the respondents´ natural environment. All interviews will be carried out in the strictest confidentiality. The result of the qualitative survey of this work will be an in-depth description of the investigated topic "The consequences of divorce disputes for children in the context of gender arrangements in families ," or the hypothesis. In addition, conclusions will be reached on how with hindsight parents should have resolved conflicts to maintain a functional relationship between the child and the other parent.
