Práce se zaměří na charakteristiku indické kultury a analýzu jejího vlivu na pracovní prostředí. V teoretické části bude stručně charakterizována Indie po stránce geografické, demografické, politické a bude popsáno její postavení v mezinárodním obchodě. V části praktické budou na základě zpracovaných dotazníků analyzovány samotné projevy indické kultury v pracovním prostředí a budou navržena doporučení pro práci v indickém prostředí a pro efektivní spolupráci s Indy. The paper focuses on characteristics of the Indian culture and analysis of its effect on a working environment. In the theoretical part, India will be briefly characterized from the geographic, demographic and politic point of view, and its role in international trade will be described. In the practical part, the manifestation of the Indian culture in a working environment will be analyzed based on questionnaire researches, and recommendations on how to work in the Indian environment and how to achieve an efficient cooperation with Indians will be given.
