Hlavním cílem této práce je popsat a analyzovat metody, které byly použity v zemích postižených Asijskou finanční krizí k řešení souvisejících problémů a také analyzovat, jak se tato řešení projevila na veřejném dluhu. K tomuto účelu jsem si vybral tři asijské země, Thajsko, Indonésii a Jižní Koreu. Tyto země mají jedno společné, jejich vlády se rozhodly za účelem vyřešení problémů bankovního sektoru založit specializovanou agenturu na správu problematických aktiv. Tato práce popisuje, jak byly tyto země ve svých snahách úspěšné a také, jaký na ně měla finanční krize dopad. The main goal of this thesis is to describe and analyse methods, which were used by countries affected by the Asian financial crisis to resolve related problems and also analyse how these solutions affected public debt. For this purpose I chose three Asian countries, Thailand, Indonesia and South Korea. These countries have one in common, their governments decided to establish Asset Management company to resolve problems of bank sector. This thesis describes how they were successful in their aspirations and fallout of financial crises on choosen countries.
