Diplomová práce na téma Ekologické bydlení -- pasivní domy (možnosti oživení vý-stavby v České republice) pojednává o pasivním bydlení s ohledem na podmínky, omezení a vývoj stavebního trhu v České republice. Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na technologie pasivních domů a porovnává vývoj pasivních domů v českých podmínkách s podmínkami ostatních evropských států. V rámci porovnání se pak zaměřuje na konkrétní nástroje hospo-dářské politiky, které ostatní země využily při zavedení pasivních domů jako standardů byd-lení. Práce dále definuje hypotetická řešení oživení výstavby pasivních domů v České repub-lice. Diskutuje aktuální opatření hospodářské politiky českého státu a uvedená hypotetická řešení hodnotí z hlediska definovaných parametrů účinnosti. V závěru této práce vydává au-torka doporučení na základě hodnocení jednotlivých hypotetických řešení. Vybraná hypote-tická řešení oživení výstavby jsou založena na modelaci nákladů vynaložených na výstavbu pasivního domu v porovnání s klasickou výstavbou, a to na principu kalkulace doby návrat-nosti zvýšené investice do pasivního bydlení Abstract This thesis on Ecological housing -- passive houses (stimulation possibilities in the Czech environment) describes passive housing within the development of the Czech building market. This thesis focuses on the technologies of passive housing and compares the devel-opment of passive houses in the Czech Republic and in other European countries. Within the comparison this thesis points out individual economic policy tools used in specific countries. This thesis also defines hypothetical solutions for stimulation of passive housing in the Czech Republic. Efficiency analysis is applied to these solutions. Described hypothetical solutions are based on the costs evaluation of passive and ordinary housing, while the cost calculation takes into account mainly the return rate of additional investment adherent to the passive housing.
