Práce obsahuje teoretická a metodoligická východiska pro fungování controllingového oddělení se zaměřením na proces reportingu. Praktická aplikace je znázorněna na rozboru manažerských reportů nadnárodní farmaceutické společnosti. Práce vyhodnocuje přínos controllingového oddělení pro podnik a popisuje změny, ke kterým došlo v průběhu existence podniku, a které měly dopad na fungování controllingového oddělení. The thesis explains theoretical fundamentals of controlling process and application of management reporting in multinational pharmaceutical company. It describes content of management reports and its usefulness for managerial decision making.
