Vnímání Ruska v evropské společnosti procházelo od počátku 19. století výraznými a zajímavými posuny.Cílem této bakalářské práce je vystihnout specifické české tendence ve vymezování se vůči ruské velmoci, zmapovat posuny ve vztahu k Rusku a zpytování českých představitelů pozice Ruska z hlediska orientace české politiky. Cílem práce je definovat tento vztah z úhlu pohledu vrcholných představitelů české politiky, především Karla Havlíčka Borovského a Tomáše G. Masaryka. Prostor však bude věnován i dalším významným osobnostem, mezi něž patří František Palacký či Karel Kramář. The role of Russia in the European context underwent a very interesting development from the 19th century onwards. The Czech political elite's attitude towards Russia is very interesting as it kept changing from the 19th to the 20th century. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the different tendencies towards the role of Russia in the Czech political context. This thesis focuses on the role of Russia in the works of Karel Havlíček Borovský and Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk. Other significant politicians will be mentioned as well, such as František Palacký or Karel Kramář, with a special focus on their attitudes towards the role of Russia in the Czech political context.
