Tato práce se zabývá tématem fúzí a akvizic v odvětví informačních a komunikačních technologií. V první části obsahuje obecné vymezení a klasifikaci fúzí a akvizic a definuje generický proces fúzí a akvizic v obecné rovině doplněný o praktické poznatky. V druhé části jsou uvedena specifika týkající se samotného odvětví informačních a komunikačních technologií a analýza transakčních dat ve světě i na českém trhu. This thesis deals with the subject of mergers and acquisitions in the information and communication technologies industry. The first part contains general definition and classification of mergers and acquisitions and defines the generic process of mergers and acquisitions both theoretically and with practical suggestions. The second part includes the particularities of the information and communication technologies industry itself and an analysis of world-wide and Czech Republic’s transactional data.
