Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou Vietnamci žijící v ČR a jejich postavení na tuzemském trhu práce. První část práce je věnována historii Vietnamu a kultuře vietnamského národa. V další části jsou popsány motivy migrace Vietnamců do ČR. A poslední část pojednává o Vietnamcích, kteří v současné době pobývají na území ČR a pracují zde. V práci jsou obsažená data o počtu Vietnamců žijících v ČR, jejich zaměstnanosti a podílu podnikatelů na celkovém počtu pracujících. Pro bližší poznání vietnamské komunity jsou v práci popsány také příběhy konkrétních Vietnamců, kteří se rozhodli v ČR usadit. The main subject of this bachelor thesis are Vietnamese citizens living and working in the Czech Republic and their position in the Czech labor market. The first part of this thesis is dedicated to the history and culture of the Vietnam nation. In the second part the incentives of migration from Vietnam to the Czech Republic are described. The final part discusses several specific Vietnamese people currently staying and working in the Czech Republic. The thesis also mentions vasrious statistical data calculating the numbers of Vietnamese citizens living here. It alsodiscloses their employment rate and the percentage of entrepreneurs. To better comprehend the specifications of Vietnamese community in the country, the thesis also presents various stories of a few individuals from this particular community who have decided to settle permanently in the Czech Republic.
