Bakalářská práce se zabývá právy akcionářů v akciové společnosti v současné a budoucí právní úpravě, účinné od 1. 1. 2014. Práva jsou rozdělena do 4 skupin. První skupina práv je zaměřena na práva spojená s pozicí akcionáře ve společnosti a s nároky na informace v souvislosti s účastí na řízení společnosti. Další části jsou věnovány právům, která úzce souvisí s účastí na valné hromadě a nárokem na podíl jak na likvidačním zůstatku, tak na zisku. Práce se zabývá i právy menšinových akcionářů, kteří mají ve společnosti specifickou pozici a práva. Práce využívá obchodní a nový občanský zákoník a zákon o obchodních korporacích. Bachelor thesis deals with the rights of shareholders in the joint-stock company in the current and future legislation, effective from 1. 1. 2014. The rights are divided into 4 groups. The first group of the rights focuses on the rights connected with the shareholders position in the company and with demands for information, which are in connection with participating in the management of the company. Other sections deal with rights that are closely related to the participation in the general meeting and entitled to a share on liquidation and profit. The work also deals with the rights of minority shareholders, who have in the company a specific position and rights. The paper uses the business and a new civil code and the law on trade corporations.
