Cílem práce je poskytnout základní orientaci v problematice účtování o opravách a údržbě budov v rámci různých organizačně právních forem, analyzovat rozdíly v jejich způsobu účtování a dopad na hospodářský výsledek, případně vybrané položky rozvahy. Jedná se o deskripci současné právní úpravy i pohled do její historie, členění organizačně právních forem, účetní předpisy a rozdíly ve způsobu účtování v této oblasti. Pro celkový přehled práce uvádí technická doporučení při správě budov a aktuální státní dotace na opravu budov. V závěru je provedena ukázka způsobu účtování o opravách konkrétního společenství vlastníků jednotek, bytového družstva a společnosti s ručením omezeným. The objective of the Bachelor's thesis "Accounting of Building Repairs and Maintenance for Various Organizationally Legal Forms" is to provide summary of the issue. It brings a description of the current legal regulations in this area, legal and accounting standards, classification of organizationally legal forms and specific accounting regime analysis. The thesis concludes with recommendations in the repairs and maintenance of buildings and brings an overview of the state grants. In the last chapters there is analysis of accounting regime of concrete case of flat owners associations, flat cooperative and LTD.
