Výstupem práce je zhodnocení přínosů a nedostatků nové úpravy zákona. Diploma work compares the legislation to tax administration. Law No. 337/1992 Coll., On the administration of taxes and fees applicable to the new Law No. 280/2009 Coll., Tax Code. Output of the work is to evaluate the benefits and shortcomings of the new amendments to the law.
