Cílem diplomové práce je odhad hodnoty podniku Pivovar Svijany a.s. k 31. 3. 2013. Práce je rozdělena do teoreticko-metodologické a praktické části. V první části práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy vztahující se k oceňování podniku a dále strategická a finanční analýza. Následně jsou popsány samotné metody oceňování podniku. Praktická část obsahuje představení společnosti Pivovar Svijany a.s., strategickou analýzu příslušného trhu a finanční analýzu podniku. V dalším kroku je sestaven finanční plán, ze kterého vychází ocenění metodou diskontovaných volných peněžních toků. The aim of the thesis is to estimate value of the company Pivovar Svijany a.s. as of 31.3.2013. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. First part explains basic terms related to company valuation and then strategic and financial analysis. After that the valuation methods are described. Practical part contains introduction of the company Pivovar Svijany a.s., strategic analysis of the relevant market and financial analysis of the company. In the next step the forecasted financial plan and the valuation by DCF method are formed.
