Cílem diplomové práce je vyhodnocení motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí -- teoretické a praktické. Práce nejprve vymezuje teoretická východiska motivace a spokojenosti a blíže charakterizuje projektivní metodu tzv. techniku barvově-slovních asociací (CAT) z konceptu Balance Management. V praktické části práce je pak představena samotná organizace, ve které byl výzkum realizován a je zde uvedena metodika výzkumu. V rámci metodiky výzkumu byl zvolen dotazníkový průzkum, který se zaměřuje na 7 oblastí motivace a spokojenosti včetně 25 zkoumaných faktorů, dále byly uskutečněny individuální osobní rozhovory s vybraným vzorkem zaměstnanců a byla použita již zmíněná projektivní metoda. Stěžejní bod praktické části práce tvoří vyhodnocení výsledků výzkumu z pohledu všech využitých výzkumných metod. Jsou zde porovnány jednotlivé výsledky a na závěr navržena doporučení na zlepšení stávající situace v organizaci. Tato závěrečná doporučení se mohou stát v budoucnu podkladem pro vypracování optimálního motivačního programu, neboť v současné době není v organizaci zpracován. The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the motivation and satisfaction of employees in a selected company. The thesis is divided into two parts -- theoretical and practical. First, the thesis defines the theoretical concept of motivation and satisfaction and defines a projective method called Colour Association Technique (CAT) from the concept of Balance Management. The practical part of the thesis presents the company where the research was done. Further methodology of research is presented in this part. In the methodology of research a questionnaire survey was chosen. A questionnaire survey focused on 7 areas of motivation and satisfaction covering 25 study-factors. Further, individual interviews were held with a selected sample of employees, and the projective method mentioned was used. The main body of the practical part consists of an evaluation of the results using all research methods. Individual results are compared and in conclusion recommendations for improving the current situation in the company are suggested. These final recommendations may become a basis for the future development of an optimal motivation program, which the company has not yet implemented.
