Tato diplomová práce se zabývá přípravou a aplikací controllingových nástrojů ve středně velkém rozrůstajícím se podniku. Protože v tomto podniku systém controllingu téměř neexistoval, teoretická část práce přibližuje samotný pojem controlling, jeho cíle, funkce, možné přínosy a způsoby, kterými lze v podniku ke controllingu přistupovat. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na tři zásadní podnikové oblasti. Jedná se problematiku cenotvorby, materiálového hospodářství a controlling zakázek. U každé z těchto oblastí je zmíněn jejich původní (a z pohledu controllingu nevyhovující) stav. Následně je přiblížen způsob, jakým byla pro danou oblast aplikována controllingová opatření. Díky dostatečnému časovému odstupu bylo možné zhodnotit výsledky aplikovaných opatření a nastínit budoucí kroky, které mohou vést ke zdokonalení podnikového controllingu. The diploma thesis focuses on preparing and application of controlling tools in a medium sized growing company. Because of the fact that the system of controlling almost did not exist in that company theoretical part of the thesis describes the term of controlling itself, its goals, functions, possible benefits and ways in which companies can approach to controlling. The practical part of the thesis focuses on three key company fields. It is issue of price formation, material management and controlling of orders. For each of these fields the original (and in view of controlling unsatisfactory) state has been mentioned. After that the way of application of controlling measures in each field has been described. Thanks to sufficient time interval it was possible to evaluate results of applied measures and outline future steps that could lead in improvement of company controlling.
