Předmětem této bakalářské práce je komplexní posouzení finančního zdraví společnosti Sporten, a.s., která je vedoucí českou firmou zabývající se výrobou lyţařských potřeb na českém trhu. Práce se zaměřuje na zhodnocení činnosti za roky 2007-2011, přičemţ pouţité metody, podle kterých se postupovalo, jsou popsány v teoretické části. V praktické části potom dochází jiţ k samotné aplikaci definovaných postupů na konkrétně vybraný podnik a k následné interpretaci zjištěných výsledků. Práce je psána z pohledu externího analytika, tzn. ţe nebyly vyuţity ţádné interní finanční výkazy a veškeré vstupní informace, ze kterých analýza vychází, jsou veřejně přístupné, především se jedná o účetní závěrky a výroční zprávy za jednotlivé roky. The main goal of this bachelor's thesis is to evaluate financial health of Sporten, a.s., which is the leading company producing skiing equipment on the Czech market. The thesis is focused on economic activities between years 2007 - 2011 and the techniques used in the course of analysis are described in the theoretical part. In the practical part the defined methods are applied to the selected company and then the results are interpreted. The business diagnosis is performed from the perspective of external analyst, therefore no internal financial statements were used. As a main source of information for the analysis were mostly used publicly available annual reports and financial statements.
