Tato práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení investičního projektu. Společnost Lázně Poděbrady se rozhoduje, zda rekonstruovat jeden ze svých hlavních ubytovacích zařízení, hotel Libenský. Existuje mnoho způsobů, jak ocenit investici podniku. Provedení, ale i neprovedení, investice má však často nemalý dopad na celý podnik. Pokud je pouhá investiční příležitost vyjmuta z celého podniku, samotný výsledek může být značně zkreslený. Z výše uvedených důvodů ocením celou společnost Lázně Poděbrady, a to jak v případě realizace investice, tak v případě zamítnutí investice. Prostým odečtením obou částek pak dostanu výslednou hodnotu investičního projektu. Výstupem této práce je doporučení managementu podniku, zda se rekonstrukce hotelu Libenský vyplatí, či nevyplatí. The thesis is focused on an evaluation of an investment project. Company Lazne Podebrady is making a decision whether to reconstruct one of its main accommodations facilities, hotel Libensky. There are many ways how to evaluate an investment project. Realization of an investment project, as well as its non-realization, has a great impact to a whole company. If the investment is separated from the company, the result could be inaccurate. For this reason the evaluation of the whole company Lazne Podebrady in the case of realization of the investment project and in the case of its non-realization was done. The final value of the investment project was made by simple subtraction of the two sub-results. The result of the thesis is a recommendation to a management of the company, whether the investment project is worthwhile or not.
