Tato diplomová práce se věnuje tématu procesního řízení v oblasti příspěvkových organizací v České republice. Pro popis oblasti procesního řízení jsou v práci uvedeny běžné definice a důležité informace, které se k této oblasti pojí. Následně jsou popsána specifika veřejné správy v České republice, a to s přihlédnutím k míře a schopnosti zavádět procesní řízení v této oblasti. Významnou částí je rozpor předpokladů, kterou by měly organizace veřejné správy splňovat, aby bylo možné procesní řízení zavést. Dále se práce zaměřuje na problematiku modelování podnikových procesů, a to jak z pohledu používaných metodiky a standardů, tak i z pohledu odpovídajících nástrojů pro tvorbu procesních modelů. Hlavní zaměření práce je pak na konsolidaci procesních modelů příspěvkových organizací se současným ověřením na případové studii. Případová studie, která je součástí praktické části práce, je upraveným popisem skutečně realizovaného projektu, jehož cílem bylo sloučení dvou příspěvkových organizací, a to zejména z pohledu konsolidace procesního řízení a procesních modelů. This thesis is aimed on the business process management of semi-budgetary organizations in the Czech Republic. For description of the field of business process management, the work lists common definitions and important information that is linked to this area. Subsequently, there was described the specificity of public administration in the Czech Republic, taking into account the level of and ability to implement business process management in this area. The important part of this thesis is the analysis of assumptions, which should public organizations fulfill in order to implement business process management. Thesis focuses on business process modeling, both in terms of methodology and standards used, and from the perspective of adequate tools for creating business process models. The main focus of the work is on the consolidation of the business process models of semi-budgetary organizations simultaneous checked on a case study. Case study, which is part of the practical part of this thesis, is a modified description of the implemented project, which aimed to merge two semi-budgetary organizations, especially from the perspective of the consolidation process management and process models.
