Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá franchisingovým podnikáním. První část teoreticky vymezuje základní pojmy franchisingu, náležitosti franchisové smlouvy a jeho výhody a nevýhody. Druhá část je zaměřena na konkrétní franchisingový řetězec Mangaloo. Cílem práce je vytvoření uceleného pohledu na koncept tohoto řetězce a posouzení, zda je pro franchisanta koncept výhodný a navrhnout případné změny a zlepšení. Zhodnocení je vypracováno především na základě vlastní zkušenosti, SWOT analýzy a analýzy konkurenčního prostředí. This thesis is concerned with franchising. First part describes theoretically basic terms of franchising, requirements of franchise contract, pro and cons of franchising. Second part is focused on particular franchise chain Mangaloo. The aim of thesis is creation of comprehensive perspective on this franchise concept and appraisal if this concept is advantageous for franchisee and suggest possible changes and improvements. The appraisal is elaborated from own experience, SWOT analysis and competitive analysis.
