Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit jak hospodařila společnost Servodata, a.s. v období 2008 -- 2012 a aplikovat poznatky a zkušenosti, které jsem získal za dobu studia bakalářského kurzu na Vysoké škole ekonomické v Praze. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí: teoretické části a praktické části. Teoretická část zahrnuje popis metod, které jsem použil při analýze. Praktická část zahrnuje historii podniku a praktickou aplikaci metod finanční analýzy popsaných v teoretické části. Závěr bude obsahovat moje komentáře a moje návrhy řešení problémů, které jsem objevil při analýze. Bakalářská práce zahrnuje vertikální a horizontální analýzu, analýzu poměrových ukazatelů, porovnání s trhem, analýzu EVA, bankrotní a bonitní modely, a porovnání s konkurenty. The goal of this Bachelor's Thesis is to find out how was Servodata, a.s. managed from a financial point of view in years 2008 - 2012 and to apply knowledge and experience, which I gained during the Bachelor course at The University of Economics in Prague. Thesis consists of two parts: theoretical part and practical part. Theoretical part includes the description of methods of financial analysis I have applied in this work. Practical part includes the history of the firm and practical application of the methods described in the first part. The conclusion consists of my comments and my suggestions to the firm, if I find any problems during my analysis. The Bachelor's Thesis includes vertical and horizontal analysis, ratio analysis, industry comparison, EVA analysis and more.
